- Taghleb Trading was established in 2008, based in Damascus, to do different trading activities such as import & export, distribution, companies representation …With the beginning of Syria Crisis in 2011, and in response to the increasing demand of Humanitarian Aid items by UN and many other NGOs, Taghleb Trading established a new internal unit, called “Humanitarian Supply”, dedicated to professionally supply all needed Humanitarian items and kits.

Quality Assurance
A dedicated Quality Assurance department, composed of a department manager and quality technicians spread over all warehousing and packaging sites in order to control the receiving of goods, the packaging operation and the readiness of finished products to be delivered to customer.
To guarantee the commodities conformity and to make sure that no fake items are submitted to Organizations, we apply the following procedures:
1. Dealing only with approved local manufacturers for local items with well-known brands.
2. Dealing only with approved suppliers for imported items.
3. In both cases, Quality Department makes analysis at government lab each time we submit a bid to make sure that the product is of acceptable quality according to Governmental Standards. Furthermore, we guarantee the quality of the finished kits, as our Quality Assurance Team accompanies and controls the whole production process and makes random checks on the kits.
Quality Process
1. Visual inspection of all received commodities and packing materials to ensure that they are free of any pests, mold, yeast, defection or damage.
2. Applying and monitoring the principles of GHP (Good Hygiene Practices) daily, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) hourly. Any deviation of any prescribed levels will be treated according the ISO 9001:2008 requirements.
3. Weight check for the re-packed materials on the production lines to ensure the accuracy of the production process.
4. Inspect produced kits according to inspection sampling plan designed for each project. In case of non-conformance, all amount is segregated from the last passed inspection till the time of non-conformance and 100% re-inspected. This non-conformance control is implemented on all three: Product, Service and System.
5. Ensure that the right procedure of handling the materials is implemented.
6. Check the transport equipment before loading to ensure that they are free of any impurities and suitable for transportation.

Taghleb Humanitarian Supply excels in providing all needed logistic services to guarantee a smooth and efficient delivery of any goods to any requested destination within Syria, even faraway areas, equipped to provide warehousing and transportation services in cooperation with many professional logistic services providers.

Committed to environment best practices, we are implementing the concepts of Waste Management System. All wastes resulting from our production are collected, separated in a defined place then processed to Government Recycling Programme.
